Initial personal consultation and ongoing private assessments

Every program has personal time with Melissa, starting with a full one hour personal consultation. We look at all aspects of your life (your daily schedules, social support, diet habits, muscular imbalances, body composition, postural issues). This lets us create the right program for you and guide you on moving forward in the best way possible!

We focus on developing personal goals with a realistic and achievable plan…with check-in points and a chance to ask for help, tweaking as you go.
