Do you have a fairly good baseline of nutrition knowledge but want help changing your body composition? Do you have short term goals but don’t want to do a crash diet? Macros tracking can be a great way to balance out your nutrition, make sure you’re getting enough protein and learn what’s in the foods you’re eating on a regular basis. Flexible dieting is not a crash diet, you are still eating a balance of protein, carbs and fats while allowing yourself to have a social life and endulge in a few treats along the way. This program has a bit of a learning curve but is extremely effective when followed closely. Great for an A type personality or a numbers person, not appropirate for those with disordered eating.
